For as long as I can remember I have felt called to provide guidance through coaching and mentoring, to use my intuition to heal and shift energy and, over the last decade, to speak about mental health and wellbeing. It’s who I am as a person – not something separate outside of me.
I’m the youngest of 6 children with 17 years between myself and my eldest sibling and 8 years between me and my next sibling. I grew up in an adult world, watching and listening to the adults around me. I was blessed to have such a large, supportive and loving family around me.
As I got older, I experienced the knocks many of us experience but my life took a dramatic turn was when I lost my mum in 2014 and then my dad just two years later. For those of you who have experienced the loss of a parent, you’ll know the cataclysmic impact this has on your life and the tsunami of emotions that follow.
This was a turning point that sent me looking for answers to the questions I had about life and the Universe. I found myself looking for both traditional and alternative ways to help me through this time. I realised that it’s not just one thing that helped me, it was a combination of so many things, coaching, mentoring, counselling and healing.
I am obsessed with changing the lives of others and helping those who struggle with their own mental health. I am a Mental Health First Aider and a mental health advocate and my unwavering commitment to my clients’ success and my ability to provide intuitive, practical, results-driven solutions makes me a trusted partner in their journey.
I believe it is perfectly possible to pursue a career, have ambitious goals and aspire to become the best version of yourself – to do so consciously and courageously in a way that’s aligned to our wellbeing – not at the expense of it. The ability to show up authentically benefits everyone, especially you.
