Description:
I am joined by the wonderful and inspiring Andrew Low for this week’s episode. Andrew and I hit the ground running with our conversation and we were in so much flow that I didn’t even ask him an “official” question until after the commercial breaks! Our conversation ranges from the work he does with his clients using Neurowisdom Coaching to his deep inner child healing that he has gifted himself over the years. I have no doubt that you will be captivated by our conversation from the moment it starts.
Bio:
Andrew Low, an internationally accredited, diamond-level elite coach and coaches’ trainer, knows the relentless toll of a high-stakes corporate career. Andrew has held prominent roles across both the public and private sectors, in Australia as well as Asia including Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines.
His life then, filled with 16+ hour workdays, working nights and weekends, took a dramatic turn one night. Driving home, he fell asleep at the wheel, crashing his car in the early hours of the morning. Surrounded by the sound of sirens and the fumes from his wrecked vehicle, he looked down at his broken leg and realised he had a broken relationship with himself. The accident, and the words of the paramedic: “You’re lucky to be alive”, were literal wake-up calls, a sign that he needed to begin healing both inside and out.
Facing the deep exhaustion, anxiety, and loneliness he had been avoiding, Andrew became a coaching client, where he undertook profound inner child healing to address emotional wounds that had long held him back. This transformative experience inspired him to master Neurowisdom Coaching, an approach that combines modern coaching, the latest in neuroscience, and profound ancient wisdom – a “trifecta” that now forms the foundation of his work.
Through his journey, he realised that lasting success isn’t just about mindset; it requires nurturing heart-set and soul-set as well, creating a truly holistic approach to transformation.
Today, Andrew’s mission is to help heart-centred corporate professionals escape the 9-to-5 grind so they too can build fulfilling coaching careers through Neurowisdom Coaching.
His unique approach blends neuroscience with ancient wisdom and powerful coaching techniques, enabling clients to achieve authentic and sustainable change. By integrating deep inner child healing, Andrew’s approach helps clients clear mental and emotional blocks, fostering a genuine connection to purpose, joy, and inner peace.
Having walked this path himself, Andrew has since supported hundreds of professionals in breaking free from cycles of stress, anxiety and unfulfillment. He equips his clients not only with practical strategies but also with profound tools to reconnect with their deeper purpose, empowering them to transform their lives whilst creating meaningful impact for others.
Andrew’s journey proves that success and joy can coexist. Through his unique blend of mindset, heart-set, and soul-set in Neurowisdom Coaching – alongside profound inner child healing – he guides clients to lives of freedom and fulfillment. His passion is to help others find happiness and purpose on their path to success, showing them that they, too, can live the lives they are truly meant to lead.
