I am so excited about my guest this week on the show, Therese Ravell. Although I have known Therese for about a year now I love that there are so many moments where I am just in total awe of what she shares about her personal health journey and how she has moved through it.
Bio:
Therese Ravell is an innovative Human Resources strategist with more than 30 years’ experience. She is passionate about people, performance and achieving business outcomes.
Therese founded Impact HR 15 years ago to balance career and personal goals. In the early days of running Impact HR she had 2 children under 3 and a new business. Passion for being a Mum and supporting her clients in equal measure was her goal.
Through her leadership, Impact HR is now proud to offer the same opportunities to other talented professionals. Therese leverages her experience from working in diverse industries and business at different stages (from start-ups to multi-nationals).
Working closely with executives and business owners, her solutions are aligned to company strategy and tailored to achieve tangible, sustainable results for both the organisation and its people.
She knows that life doesn’t always go to plan, having gone through Cancer treatments while running Impact HR. Yet, optimism and a love of learning continue to be strengths that facilitate success.
In her career Therese’s teams have been recognised for global awards. In 2021 she was the Northern Beaches Business Person of the Year and the 2020 Northern Beaches Adult Volunteer of the Year. The Impact HR team have been recognised as Professional Service Award winners multiple times and in a number of different awards.
