Her corporate career spanned over two decades, but beneath the surface, Beth always knew she was meant for something different.

That “something different” came in the form of holistic healing. Through life coaching, NLP, and her own work with integrative doctors, Beth discovered the mind-body connection wasn’t just a concept — it was a lived reality. Studying psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), she learned how the endocrine, nervous, and immune systems are inseparable. This realisation became the foundation of her practice.

Discovering Breathwork

A pivotal moment in Beth’s journey came more than a decade ago when she experienced her first breakthrough breathwork session at a retreat. Ninety minutes of conscious, connected breathing opened a doorway to profound transformation. That experience sparked a passion she couldn’t ignore.

Years later, she formalised her training, becoming a certified breathwork practitioner. Since then, she has guided countless individuals through powerful breathwork journeys — from high-achieving women on the edge of burnout to trauma survivors seeking safety in their own bodies.
