I am thrilled to welcome Rosemary Gattuso to this week’s episode and conversation. Rosemary gives us a very different perspective to so many of us who are overthinkers and shares with us how we can reflect on our thoughts and how we can turn our personal spotlight on what’s wrong to what’s strong. It is a fascinating conversation and I have no doubt you will be left with a lot to reflect on!
