About Sagar
With over 24 years of experience, Sagar Constantin is a highly regarded lecturer in Denmark and internationally. Her clientele includes renowned names such as LEGO, Novo Nordisk, TOTAL energies, Government Agencies, Fujitsu, Leica, and many more.
She has imparted her knowledge on personal development to tens of thousands of eager learners both domestically and internationally. Her expertise lies in leadership and personal growth, with a focus on teaching topics like Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Change, Neuroscience, and Personal Leadership.
Sagar has owned several successful businesses and is the author of eight books. Her new book, “Be Your Own Rock,” focuses on how to better deal with change, challenges, and difficulties and learn and grow from them.
She has led several significant development programs with leaders and companies and designed courses and extensive leadership development educational programs. She is a guest lecturer at NEXT MBA and is writing a PhD on transformative Business leadership.
Before teaching, she worked as a director at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. She managed television productions such as the Sydney Olympics, the Tour de France bike race, and documentary programs about snipers in Bosnia.
