Description:
I am thrilled to welcome back Rosemary Gattuso to this week’s episode and conversation. Rosemary and I take a deep dive into trauma and how you can turn that trauma into triumph by using the strengths-based approach and looking at what is strong instead of looking at what is wrong. She and I talk about using the practical tools in her book to help with this approach. As usual she and I are in such flow that I really only touched briefly on this work that she does.
