But Jay’s story didn’t begin in a boardroom, it began across four countries, three languages, and ten schools, a childhood that gave him something no degree ever could: the rare ability to see problems from multiple perspectives and connect with people from all walks of life.
With twenty years of experience across private and public sectors, Jay has operated at the highest levels of some of Australia’s most recognisable organisations.
Today, through his own business LUME Partners, Jay works with organisations navigating some of their most complex challenges from integrating AI into HR models, to organisational design, leadership development, business transformation, and everything in between.
